From the Grand Entrance to the Last Dance, we take care of everything so you don’t have to worry about anything except having fun!
We will help you plan the order of events so you will have a good idea of what your wedding reception will be like. We work very closely with your photographer and videographer as well as your location to make sure we are all in sync with each other.
We have a huge selection of music ranging from the 1930’s through today, from Big Band to Beach Boys, from Frank Sinatra to Beethoven, all on a computer to suit you and your guest’s musical tastes. My Event DJ s uses only state of the art digital sound systems for the best sound possible.
We will not turn your wedding into a game show! We do make all the announcements, such as the Grand Entrance, First Dance, etc. but will do it with class. We provide the right mix of class and fun. We want to make your guests feel comfortable about dancing. We don’t want to be too stuffy and at the same time you don’t want a lounge lizard type of DJ that loves to ramble on the microphone about how much love and attention he needs from the crowd to make himself feel good! Bottom line is that we are there for you on your special day and we want to give you exactly what you want, not what we want to give you. If you want a light show, then we will use rainbow colored beams which pulsate to the beat of the music. Your guests will love the dramatic and electrifying atmosphere.
We also offer karaoke services, and have had that requested at some receptions for the attendees to try their singing skills.
